    I had a lot of fun watching this film. I watched it a second time and there’s a lot of allusions to the “Human experience” throughout the film.   • I’ve never seen Metropolis before and was expecting unintentionally campy and antiquated visions of the future. I guess I got that in a way but I was pleasantly surprised by how stunning the visuals were, even for today’s standards.
